Anne Roesner
Fundraising and Special Events Coordinator; Interim Membership Director
Anne Roesner will take on a new role for Urban Habitat Chicago in leading the Fundraising and Grant Committee, in partnership with other financial staff, as well as organizing special events.
While she currently works as a financial planner, Anne has extensive experience in fundraising and grant writing, namely through her employment as the Development Department Coordinator for the Frank Lloyd Wright Preservation Trust in Oak Park, IL. Anne managed the membership program, organized multiple fundraising special events, and won over $350,000 in grant monies for multiple departments of the organization during her tenure. For the past year, she has been an active volunteer with UHC’s Joy Garden project. Anne is also involved with the formation of a Next Generation Board for La Casa Norte, a Humboldt Park-based organization that provides support and housing to homeless and at-risk youth and adults.
