i ride past this oven every day and find it sad that it was not plastered well or covered and is now crumbling apart - what is the involvement with ‘gift house’ and what happened?

A rather long story, Nettlesting, only some of which I am at liberty to divulge.
UHC’s involvement with the Gift House ended shortly before completion of the oven, which itself had limited involvement from UHC. It was ultimately not completed by UHC (esp. plastering).
There is no further involvement with Gift House and as such, no opportunity to maintain the oven.
